Michigan Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our local client in providing exceptional dining experiences all around the Metro Detroit Area. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, making every dining experience memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with banquet and catering events, ensuring all guest needs are met during special occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, enhancing overall guest relations.
• Uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation in accordance with culinary guidelines.

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
• Familiarity with banquet service or catering events is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are key attributes for success in this role.
