We are looking for an enthusiastic In-Field Sales Intern to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and recruiting services. As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in growing our client base through new sales development, field sales visits, cold calling, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business relationships through in-person sales visits and outreach
• Conduct cold calling and prospecting to identify potential clients
• Research local businesses and industries to identify sales opportunities
• Present company services and solutions confidently to prospective clients
• Collaborate with the internal sales and recruiting teams to meet business development goals
• Maintain activity records and report progress to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and relationship building
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face client interaction
• Ability to research and identify new business opportunities
• Must have reliable transportation for field visits
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Preferred but not required)
