Location:  Allen Park, MI

Overview:  Our client, a global company that partners with large, well-known manufacturers in the automotive industry is in need of a Talent Acquisition/Workforce Coordinator to join their team. This position is a long-term contract with the possibility of direct hire. The Talent Acquisition/Workforce Coordinator will work in a high-pressure environment and take on diverse responsibilities across all activities performed within the operations of management and prototype services. The ideal candidate will be heavily focused on coordinating the manpower needs of the prototype business unit workforce and associated contract hiring.

Background/Experience:

· 2 years of Coordinating and Automotive Industry experience.

· Associates degree or higher education.

· Workforce and contract staffing experience.

· Ability to obtain an understanding of the company operation and the types of employees needed to advance the company’s mission.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
