Location: Remote – can be located anywhere in the U.S. with close proximity to a major airport.
Overview
Under direct supervision of the Head of Proactive Services and Analytics, performs preventive maintenance of equipment at the customer sites. Completes necessary procedures as outlined in customer’s maintenance contracts and fulfills related duties. Provides support and recommendations to programmers and operators. Facilitates timely resolutions to customer issues and/or questions while maintaining a positive client relationship.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma required
• Associate degree in a Technical discipline is preferred or comparable military experience
• At least five (5) years of experience in machine tool operation, maintenance, and repair
• At least two (2) years of CAD/CAM software experience
• At least five (5) years of experience in a similar technical position
• At least one (1) year in a customer service role
• Ability to travel 90-100%
