Overview:  

Provide support for all sales strategies and execution initiatives as defined by sales leadership for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • CRM and ERP report administrator and trainer (will train on system)
  • Manage & Set Up Contract Billing
  • Scheduling, Planning & Preparation
    • Sales events & meetings
    • Individual reviews
    • Internal & External ‘Sales’ Communications
  •  Manage, schedule and administer
    •  Sales team processes and deadlines
  • Reports Management
    • Sales reporting and tracking
    • Sales assignments by customer
    • Builder programs/rebates
  • Job Set-ups
  • Print Plans
  • Manage architectural plans on servers
    • Save plans
    • Update superseded plans
  • Quoting
  • Administer, track and follow up on sales improvement suggestions and initiatives
  • Administer future continuous improvement sales processes

Experience/ Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, supporting executive and/or sales team preferred.
  • 3+ years Administrative experience, ideally supporting sales team
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency
  • CRM proficiency
  • ERP proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
