Overview:
Provide support for all sales strategies and execution initiatives as defined by sales leadership for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- CRM and ERP report administrator and trainer (will train on system)
- Manage & Set Up Contract Billing
- Scheduling, Planning & Preparation
- Sales events & meetings
- Individual reviews
- Internal & External ‘Sales’ Communications
- Manage, schedule and administer
- Sales team processes and deadlines
- Reports Management
- Sales reporting and tracking
- Sales assignments by customer
- Builder programs/rebates
- Job Set-ups
- Print Plans
- Manage architectural plans on servers
- Save plans
- Update superseded plans
- Quoting
- Administer, track and follow up on sales improvement suggestions and initiatives
- Administer future continuous improvement sales processes
Experience/ Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, supporting executive and/or sales team preferred.
- 3+ years Administrative experience, ideally supporting sales team
- Microsoft Suite Proficiency
- CRM proficiency
- ERP proficiency
- Strong communication skills
