CNC Operator

Pay Range:

$18.50 to $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Load raw materials, manage scrap bins, refill lubricants, and keep machinery clean.
• Inspect and measure parts per guidelines, documenting results and reporting production data.
• Adjust machine settings, replace tools as needed, and ensure compliance with process standards.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, including oil and filter changes, and chemical concentration adjustments.
• Monitor operations for malfunctions, unusual noises, or defects, ensuring continuous process improvements.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years experience with CNC equipment
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening (drug test, background check).
• Strong communication skills for working with colleagues.
• Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing or the automotive industry is preferred.

Available Shifts:

Third Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday – Thursday)

Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
