Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to manage procurement, production scheduling, and inventory planning. This role ensures timely material acquisition, optimal stock levels, and efficient production scheduling while minimizing costs and waste.
Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase materials and supplies required for production.
• Develop and manage production schedules to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock.
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and procurement data.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, OR 5+ years of experience in purchasing or inventory management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software is a plus.
