Summary: As Product Manager for North America, you will be the key link between US-based sales team, the global product management team, and the development department in Europe. This role is a hybrid between a Project Manager and a Product Manager, supporting the US Sales team’s expansion plans and customer development. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing product portfolio for the North American market, with a future focus on Latin America. You will support the launch of new products, maintain the existing assortment, and contribute to the strategic direction of our product offering, aligned with global objectives. Direct Hire role with competitive compensation, benefits and PTO. Role located in Allen Park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary product management contact for the US sales team, supporting them with customer inquiries and product-related questions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the US and Latin American markets, evaluating these together with the global product management team.
  • Manage the US product assortment, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy.
  • Serve as the local representative for the development department, supporting the successful launch of new products and the operational execution of go-to-market activities.
  • Act as a liaison for project managers in R&D (Europe), providing hands-on support for US-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all product information in US systems is accurate and consistent with European data.
  • Keep the product portfolio up to date, including administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the European product management team to shape the long-term strategy for the North and Latin American markets.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager Connectivity and the sales team to develop a successful market strategy aligned with global objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in product management, preferably in a B2B or technical environment.
  • Experience with international teams and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
