A growing and well-established professional services organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions. This role will partner closely with leadership to support business objectives, enhance HR processes, and foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

The HR Manager will serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership, ensuring HR operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Leadership & Strategy
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee programs
    • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
    • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and overall employee experience
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes
    • Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience
    • Support ongoing hiring and training initiatives aligned with company growth
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a trusted resource for employee questions and concerns
    • Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution
    • Help maintain a positive and professional workplace culture
  • Payroll, Benefits & HR Operations
    • Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance and accuracy
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including renewals and open enrollment
    • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
    • Support audits and maintain required HR documentation
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review
  • Training & Development
    • Coordinate training initiatives and support employee development efforts
    • Assist with performance review processes and leadership development

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience in an HR generalist or leadership capacity preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, payroll, and benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
