Location: Milford, MI
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $25–$27/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (100% in office)

Position Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry & Invoicing Specialist (OEI) to support logistics and shipping operations. This is a support role focused on processing orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer savvy, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and web-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter order and shipment data into internal systems and customer websites
  • Prepare and compile shipping paperwork for warehouse processing
  • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets with accuracy
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to verify shipment details and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with trucking companies (e.g., confirming pickups and shipment details)
  • Ensure correct counts and weights for shipments; reconcile any inconsistencies
  • Assist with filing and general administrative support
  • Provide limited phone support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer and software skills (Excel and web-based platforms required)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous administrative, order entry, or office experience preferred
  • Ability to manage and reconcile data discrepancies
  • Professional and polite communication skills
  • Experience in logistics or shipping is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Infor manufacturing software a plus
