Our client, an automotive manufacturing supplier, is in need of a quality manager for their facility located in Warren, MI. The position is direct with the company and provides a competitive base salary and benefits.
Location: Warren, MI
Pay: Salary $95K – $110K
- Maintain, improve and develop Quality Requirements / Policies for Automotive Industry
- QA, QE, process-improvement, supplier-management
- Understanding of various technologies such as (Carbon, Injection Molding, Blow molding, PUR-RRIM, Metal-parts and painted components requirements) for theautomotive business
Strong Affinity For:
- Problem-solving
- Leadership
- Communication internal / external
- Customer QM systems & portal
- Use of ERP systems such as SAP
Skills and Experience In:
- IATF
- ISO9001
- VDA
- ISO 14001
Requirements:
- Automotive manufacturing industry experience required
- 3-5 years of quality inspection experience
- Travel about 10% within US and Canada
