Description:

The President of Broker Operations (PBO) is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service within the brokerage division. This is a direct role with great compensation package to include Salary, Bonus, 100% of Medical Insurance paid for by company! Located in Metro Detroit area.

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in Executive level strategy and planning meetings.
• Hiring, coaching, and evaluating team members
• Responsible for maintaining Sales and Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure continuous, quality service to employees, customers and carriers
• Coordinate preparation of and review all RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and Contracts
• Capture, report on and analyze sales and operational data
• Ensure adherence to the operational and sales departmental budgets
• Continual Process Improvement in sales and operations
• Support the Chief Operating Officer in special projects and initiatives aimed at driving growth and profitability.
• Setting, recording, and tracking monthly and quarterly performance goals for each direct report to ensure alignment with team and organizational objectives.

• Help to inform and create marketing content
• Identify opportunities for continuing education and employee growth
• Inform on and assist in the creation of a departmental budgets
• Identify and execute cross-departmental initiatives with executives and managers
