Job Description:

We are a small family  Woman Owned  and Operated company celebrating 36 years of experience.  We are  growing and seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams in a variety of administrative and critical tasks. This role is ideal for someone with experience performing Administrative tasks in Marketing or Project Management roles who is eager to grow and gain diverse experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their Marketing and Event Planning experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role will be based in Warren, Michigan.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Administrative: Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.

·       Content Creation & Calendar Management: Develop and manage a marketing content calendar for print and social media platforms, ensuring timely and strategic content delivery.

·       Marketing Materials: Design and create marketing collateral for both digital and print mediums, including social media campaigns and client-facing materials.

·       Job Postings: Write and post job listings on relevant platforms to support recruitment efforts.

·       Purchasing & Gifting: Coordinate client, employee, and candidate gifting, including managing vendor relations and processing orders.

·       Event Planning: Organize and manage internal events to drive employee morale, team building, and training sessions. Plan and coordinate client-facing events and ensure smooth execution.

·       Sales Campaigns & Proposals: Research, plan, and execute targeted sales campaigns; prepare proposals for sales initiatives and company award submissions.

·       Lead Development & Recruitment: Attend job fairs and sales events to support recruitment and lead generation efforts as needed.

·       Client Site Visitation: Conduct on-site visits to client locations to support special events or campaigns.

·       CRM & Lead List Management: Maintain lead lists and manage communication through platforms like Constant Contact.

·       Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the owners and sales team, including basic reporting, operations, and accounting tasks.

·       Tech Troubleshooting & Website Maintenance: Assist with basic tech troubleshooting and update company websites as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

·       1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

·       Proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools, and basic design software.

·       Familiarity with Constant Contact or similar email marketing software.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

·       Basic understanding of tech troubleshooting and website updates.

·       Ability to attend off-site events, client meetings, and visit client locations as required.
